A shared beach walkway leads directly from the house to the shore. Outdoor facilities include a gated private pool, a six-person hot tub, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, a basketball hoop, horseshoes, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Level 1 has a bedroom with two double/twin bunk sets, a full bathroom, a den with a wet bar and full-size refrigerator, and laundry facilities. Level 2 has a king ensuite with a shower/tub combination, another king bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. All Level 2 rooms have direct deck access; this level also has a den and hot tub. Level 3 has an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower, whirlpool tub and deck access, plus a half bathroom. Its great room includes an entertainment center, surround sound, a gas fireplace, a wet bar and wine cooler. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and adjoining dining area. Level 4 is a furnished loft with views. The home has two full-size refrigerators, multiple TVs/DVD players, cable and streaming TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, and an iron and ironing board. Kitchen equipment includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Municipal water is supplied. Pine Island community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, gym, basketball courts, playground and beach access. The Welcome Program is offered, and K Club Golf is marked as new for 2027. Updates for 2025 included refinishing the Level 3 deck and replacing the living-room sofas. The gas fireplace is available in 2026 only, January 1–April 26 and October 11–December 31.
