The house

The villa has 308 sqm of living space across two levels. Two queen bedrooms open onto the pool terrace on Level I. Level II contains a king master bedroom with a private terrace, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with terrace access, a sea-view living room with sofa and TV, a dining area for up to 10 guests, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC. Outdoors are a private infinity pool, sun loungers, lounge areas, a shaded dining area for up to 10, BBQ and outdoor shower. Equipment includes smart TV, audio systems, dishwasher, espresso and coffee machines, kettle, toaster, blender, safe, hairdryer, bath towels, iron and ironing board, and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available upon request. Daily housekeeping, linen and towel changes every three days, pool freshening, arrival delicacies, dedicated concierge, personal check-in and ongoing support are included. Chef service, transfers, yacht charters, grocery supply, VIP reservations, security, car rental, helicopter transfers and babysitting are available on request.
