No smoking. No pets. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Check-in is from 16:00 to 00:00; check-out is before 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €1,500 per booking is required. A booking fee of €150 per booking and the applicable tourist tax are charged.
