House rules
No parties, venue use, or smoking inside. Pets are not permitted. The home includes a resident cat, Gizmo, and guests are asked to feed him during their stay. The property may contain personal items and areas used to store owner belongings. Additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal may incur extra charges.
Getting there
The home is beside the Great Taste Cycle Trail and overlooks the Waimea Inlet. Nelson and Richmond town centre are each a 10-minute drive away. The master bedroom and ensuite are accessed by stairs only. A small ornamental pond near the front door may be a hazard to small children. The garage is unavailable to guests, but off-street parking is provided.
