Check-in is from 3:00 PM onward and checkout is at 11:00 AM. No smoking, pets, parties or events. Daily or weekly rentals include a US$10-per-night electricity allowance; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges. Electricity charges are based on consumption.
Getting there
Bavaro Beach public access is an 8–10-minute walk. Restaurants and entertainment are a 5–10-minute walk, a mini-market is a 2-minute walk, groceries are a 5–10-minute walk, Punta Cana International Airport is a 20-minute drive, and a hospital is a 5-minute drive. The unit is on the third floor in a walk-up building.
