House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Electricity includes an allowance of US$15 per night for daily or weekly rentals. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more do not include electricity charges and require a US$750 electricity deposit; charges are based on consumption.
Getting there
Bavaro Beach public access is advertised as an 8–10-minute walk. Restaurants and entertainment are a 5–10-minute walk, a mini-market is a 2-minute walk, groceries are a 5–10-minute walk, and Punta Cana International Airport is a 20-minute drive. The unit is on the third floor with walk-up access.
