Smoking, pets, and parties or events are not allowed. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more do not include electricity charges and require a US$500 electricity deposit. Daily and weekly rentals include a US$10-per-night electricity allowance; charges are based on consumption.

Bavaro Beach public access is an approximate 8–10-minute walk away. Restaurants and entertainment are an approximate 5–10-minute walk away; the mini-market is an approximate 2-minute walk away. The building is a third-floor walk-up.
