No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Contactless check-in instructions are provided. An electricity allowance of US$15 per night applies to daily and weekly rentals; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more do not include electricity charges and require a US$750 electricity deposit. Electricity charges are based on consumption.
Getting there
Bavaro Beach public access is an approximate 8–10-minute walk. The condo is on the third floor of Building G and is accessed by walking up stairs. Restaurants and entertainment are approximately a 5–10-minute walk away, and a mini-market is approximately a 2-minute walk away.
