House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. The unit may not be ready before the 3:00 PM check-in time because of cleaning between guests. Electricity allowance is US$10 per night for daily or weekly rentals; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges. Charges are based on consumption.
Getting there
Bávaro Beach public access is an 8–10-minute walk away. Restaurants and entertainment are a 5–10-minute walk away; a mini-market is a 2-minute walk away and groceries are a 5–10-minute walk away. The unit is on the second floor of Building F and requires walking up stairs.
