House rules
No smoking, pets, parties, or events. An electricity allowance of US$10 per night applies to daily and weekly rentals. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges; charges are based on consumption and deducted from the deposit. Extra electricity refunds are processed 48 hours after checkout.
Getting there
Bavaro Beach public access is an 8–10-minute walk away. Restaurants and entertainment are a 5–10-minute walk, a mini-market is a 2-minute walk, groceries are a 5–10-minute walk, Punta Cana Airport is a 20-minute drive, and a hospital is a 5-minute drive. The unit is in Building E on the third floor and requires walking up.
