Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

Can Picafort Beach is 280 metres away. The house has a main floor and a first floor. Exterior parking accommodates one car.
