House rules

Minimum rental period: one month. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. For stays of 30 days or longer, an €80 surcharge applies for non-responsible use of domestic services, including water, electricity and gas. Mandatory tourist tax must be paid at check-in if not already collected with the reservation. All remaining payments must be made in cash.

The apartment is on the third floor; the building has a lift.
