House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:01–08:00. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Use your own logins for smart-TV streaming services. For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every 7 nights, beginning on Day 8, with fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal. The charge is R820 per clean, separate from the standard cleaning fee, payable in advance through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre and settled before check-in. Linen may be used for a maximum of 7 nights before replacement.
Getting there
Scheduled power outages (loadshedding) may interrupt electricity for a few hours at a time. The EskomSePush app provides schedules and notifications. Potential construction disturbance may occur; City of Cape Town guidelines permit construction Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 18:00. The home is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2.
