Guests have full access to the home, which is described as ideal for two or three people. The patio has artificial turf and a covered seating area with a table and chairs. Double doors connect several rooms to outdoor spaces.

Bedroom 1 has a sofa bed, wooden desk and chair, wardrobe and wooden ceiling. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, fireplace, wardrobe and double doors with security gates opening outdoors. The bathroom has a freestanding bathtub with a shower, a basin and a toilet.

No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:01–08:00. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Use your own logins for smart-TV streaming services. For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every 7 nights, beginning on Day 8, with fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal. The charge is R820 per clean, separate from the standard cleaning fee, payable in advance through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre and settled before check-in. Linen may be used for a maximum of 7 nights before replacement.
