House rules
Minimum stay: two nights. Pets are not allowed. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime voices must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. Optional pool and spa heating carries an additional daily fee and should be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.
Getting there
The home is in a gated community with private lakes and private streets for walking and exercise. A minimum renter-age requirement applies.
