The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors; music audible from the property line violates the city ordinance. Daytime people noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. Optional pool and spa heating costs an extra variable fee per day, may take up to 48 hours and must be requested before arrival. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout by 10:00; different times may be requested, subject to availability.
