The house

The home occupies a corner lot and combines mid-century and contemporary design. An open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows and walls of glass bring natural light into the living spaces. Two bedrooms in the main home each have an ensuite bathroom; the detached casita has a full bathroom. The great room has a stacked-stone gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, a walk-in pantry and a large island with bar seating. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils. Outside are three patios, desert landscaping, a gas fireplace and a private hot tub with LED lights and a water feature. A washer and dryer, linens, sheets, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum are provided.
