The house

The villa has a lawn, six sun loungers, parasols, a garden, terraces, balconies and a furnished porch with a barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 9 × 5 m and is 1–2 m deep.

The living-dining room has air conditioning, satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player. The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi, central heating, towels and a hair dryer are provided.

There are three bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, with two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. Bedroom 2 also has a single bed. Two bedrooms have air conditioning. Of the three bathrooms, one downstairs has a shower; the downstairs en-suite has a bathtub, and the upstairs en-suite has a bathtub without hydromassage and a shower. A cot and high chair are available. Outdoor parking accommodates three cars.

The villa is beside the road connecting Sineu and Palma, 2.4 km from Lloret de Vistalegre. Es Capellans beach in Can Picafort is 24.9 km away, and Son Sant Joan airport is 27.1 km away.
