The house

The 296 m² house occupies three floors within a fenced property with privacy and views over the surrounding fields. Outside are a furnished porch and terrace, sunbeds and a parasol. A separate covered barbecue area has a food-preparation table. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 metres and ranges from 0.8 to 2.05 metres deep.

The ground floor has an air-conditioned living room with satellite television, a dining area reached through an arch, and a kitchen with a gas hob. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, en-suite shower bathroom and access to a terrace. There is also a separate toilet with a basin and WC.

Two basement bedrooms each have twin beds, a wardrobe and garden views; a shower bathroom serves this floor. Two first-floor bedrooms have single beds and access to a terrace with a sunbed, and this floor has a bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the ground-floor and first-floor bedrooms. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby.

Basic services are available in nearby s'Horta and Calonge. Cala Gran beach in Cala d'Or is 7.2 km away, and Vall d'Or Golf is 6.9 km away. Nearby coastal places include Caló des Pou, Caló des Corral and Cala Ferrera, as well as Mondragó Natural Park. Exterior parking accommodates three cars. Pets weighing up to 3 kg are welcome; events are prohibited. A deposit is payable to the owner on arrival, and guests should consult the advertiser about possible charges.
