The house is in a small residential development with neighbours. Outside are a garden, a 10 × 5 m private chlorine pool with depths of 1.1–1.8 m, eight sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. A furnished porch and an outdoor shower bathroom are next to the barbecue area. There is a porch on each floor.
The lower floor has a sitting-dining room with satellite TV and an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob. Its described sleeping accommodation includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. A staircase leads to an upper sitting-living room with an open equipped kitchen and ceramic hob. A separate dining room opens onto a furnished terrace. The upper-floor sleeping accommodation includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.
