The house

The villa occupies two levels. The main floor has a living-dining area with air conditioning, satellite TV and sea views, plus a kitchen equipped with an induction hob and cooking utensils. Two bedrooms on this level each have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there is an additional guest toilet.

The lower level has a second living room with a sofa, a ping-pong table and two further bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower bathroom. A washer, iron and ironing board are provided. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies. Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, the private saltwater pool is accompanied by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A furnished porch provides space for outdoor meals, and a portable barbecue is available. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.

S'Estanyol is a quiet residential area surrounded by nature. S'Estanyol Beach is 0.050 km away. Sa Colònia de Sant Pere is a five-minute drive away and has bars, restaurants, shops, small supermarkets and a yacht club. The villa is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events and pets are not allowed.
