The house

The villa is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a living-dining room with sofas and satellite television, a separate equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, one double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and direct balcony access; the twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 4 m, with depths of 1.20–2.10 m, sun loungers, parasols, a large garden, terrace and porch with barbecue. The property boundary is fenced and offers partial privacy.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockery and tea towels. Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, towels, safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Porto Cristo Beach is 1.7 km away and Porto Cristo town is 1.3 km away. Nearby places of interest include Coves del Drach, with an underground lake and classical music concerts, and Mondragó Natural Park, with beaches and hiking trails.
