Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 100€/stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
