## About the house

The two-storey house dates from 1910 and was renovated in 2003. Its garden has trees, plants, 350 m² of lawn and recently refurbished open spaces. Outdoor facilities include a furnished 16 m² porch, an 8 × 4 m private swimming pool, a 136 m² poolside terrace, hammocks, a children's swing and a barbecue.

The ground floor has a spacious kitchen-dining room with a traditional Mallorcan table and cooking utensils, plus a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Three ground-floor bedrooms each have a double bed, air conditioning and direct garden access. There are two shower bathrooms on this floor. Upstairs there is a second living room and a double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom, as well as a private sauna. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for four cars are available.

The rural surroundings are farmland. Felanitx offers supermarkets and restaurants. Cala Marçal, Cala Mandia, Portocristo, Es Trenc and Cales de Mallorca can be reached by car. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
