Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival. Bicycles require advance request and may incur charges; consult the advertiser.
Getting there
The house is on a hill in a rural area between Son Servera and Artà. Steps lead to the kitchen, and three bedrooms are upstairs. Cala Millor beach is 9.8 km away; Artà is 5 km away. Son Sant Joan airport is 73 km away, Manacor train station 25.6 km, the Avinguda de Costa i Llobera bus stop in Artà 5.3 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 40 km and Manacor hospital 22.6 km.
