The house stands on 90,000 m² of rural land. Outdoor spaces include a porch, barbecue, upper terrace and eight sun loungers around a private chlorine pool measuring 9 × 4 m, with depths of 1.1–1.8 m.

Inside are a living room and a large living-dining room in a sandstone-lined former wine-cellar setting, with satellite TV and music facilities. Steps lead to the kitchen, which has a gas hob and a dining table with chairs. A microwave, oven, fireplace, washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The house has oil central heating.

There are four bedrooms: a ground-floor double bedroom and three first-floor bedrooms, comprising one double and two twins. The three upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning; three of the four bedrooms have wardrobes. There are three shower bathrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. A cot and high chair are available.

Son Sant Joan airport is 73 km away, Manacor train station 25.6 km, the Avinguda de Costa i Llobera bus stop in Artà 5.3 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 40 km and Manacor hospital 22.6 km.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
