The house

The two-storey house has two main-floor dining areas, one with a fireplace and satellite television, and an independent equipped kitchen with an induction hob. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The main-floor bedroom has a single bed, fan and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are a living room and three bedrooms with double beds and fans. Two upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning and balcony access with countryside views. A cot and high chair can be provided.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 7 m, with depths of 1.1–2.2 m, sun loungers, parasols, a garden, barbecue, three porches and a ping-pong table. The grounds are fenced and offer privacy. Free Wi-Fi and exterior parking for three cars are available.

The house is 5 km from Manacor and 12.8 km from Porto Cristo beach. Porto Cristo and its nearby caves and beaches are a short drive away.
