The 140 m² house occupies two floors. The ground floor has a living-dining room with a fireplace and air conditioning, a double bedroom with air conditioning, and a separate gas kitchen with an oven and microwave. Both bathrooms are on this floor: one has a shower and the other a bathtub. Stairs lead to an additional living room and two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
The terrace has a 5 × 3.5 m saltwater swimming pool, 0.7–1.4 m deep, with six sun loungers. A barbecue and outdoor dining area are available, and an upstairs terrace offers views. The house also has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, ironing board and portable radiators. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies.
Caimari is known for olive oil production and has walking routes in the surrounding Tramuntana mountains. Inca, 5 km away, offers larger shops, supermarkets and entertainment.
