The house

The 120 m² house occupies three floors on a pedestrian street, with neighbouring houses on both sides. Stone walls and a traditional Mallorcan arch form part of the interior. The entrance opens into a combined living, dining and kitchen area with a sofa, armchairs, satellite television, a wood cooker and a dining table seating six. The kitchen has a gas cooker, oven and microwave. A second living room is in the basement, and a laundry area provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor and have air conditioning. The first has two double beds; the other two each have one double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor, and a second bathroom with a shower is outside. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby.

The patio contains a private chlorine pool measuring 6 × 5 metres, with a depth of 1.3–1.4 metres. The barbecue area includes a dining table, antique sinks and a sliding glass door. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Campanet has everyday services, bars and restaurants, and a market on Tuesdays and Saturdays selling seasonal local produce. Hiking and cycling routes start in the village. Nearby Inca offers shops and supermarkets. Platja de Muro is 17.8 km away.
