## About the house

The apartment occupies one level of a building with one neighbour on the upper floor. The living room has a television and opens into the dining area, with direct access outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen connects to a porch and includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and citrus juicer.

Three bedrooms have wardrobes and fans: two have a double bed each, and the third has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one en suite with a bathtub and another with a shower. A cot and highchair are available, together with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels.

Outside are a garden, outdoor shower, mobile barbecue, sun loungers and parasols. The three outdoor sitting areas comprise a porch beside the kitchen, an entrance porch and a rear terrace. Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for one car are available. There is no pool or air conditioning. The fireplace is decorative; a portable electric radiator is usually kept in the dining room and can be moved.

Portocolom has a fishing harbour and a promenade with restaurants, bars and shops. Cala Marçal beach is 1 km away, and S’Arenal beach, Cala Sa Nau and Cala Mitjana are nearby. Vall d’Or Golf is 4.8 km away. The apartment is a base for visiting Felanitx, Santanyí and Mondragó Natural Park.
