The villa has a raised private saltwater pool measuring 8 × 3 metres, with depths from 1.4 to 2.1 metres. The outdoor area includes six sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a thatched-roof terrace for dining, with open countryside views and privacy.
The terrace leads into a Mallorcan-style sitting-dining room with a sofa, satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, table and chairs, and air conditioning. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Each of the three bedrooms has a closet. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, another has two single beds, and the third has a bunk bed. There is also a shared shower bathroom with a bidet. A cot and high chair are available. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
Manacor is about 5 km away, with supermarkets, bars and shops. S’Illot–Sa Coma beach is 16.4 km away, and the coastal area can be visited by car.
