## About the house

The villa has a raised private saltwater pool measuring 8 × 3 metres, with depths from 1.4 to 2.1 metres. The outdoor area includes six sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a thatched-roof terrace for dining, with open countryside views and privacy.

The terrace leads into a Mallorcan-style sitting-dining room with a sofa, satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, table and chairs, and air conditioning. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Each of the three bedrooms has a closet. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, another has two single beds, and the third has a bunk bed. There is also a shared shower bathroom with a bidet. A cot and high chair are available. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.

Manacor is about 5 km away, with supermarkets, bars and shops. S’Illot–Sa Coma beach is 16.4 km away, and the coastal area can be visited by car.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The wood stove beside the sitting room must not be used. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
