The 250 m² villa occupies two storeys and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Both ground-floor bedrooms have a double bed and garden access; one has an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. The living room has a sofa, and four fans are provided. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available.
The equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, utensils and fridge-freezer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided.
Outside are a garden, terrace, barbecue and a porch with a table and eight chairs. The private pool measures 10 × 5 metres, with eight sun loungers on the surrounding terrace. Free exterior parking accommodates four cars.
Sa Pobla has a local market, restaurants, bars, a supermarket, medical services and an ATM. Pollença is a short drive away. Playa de Muro, Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort beaches are a 20-minute drive away.
