The fenced property has neighbours nearby and an outdoor area with a small lawn, an outdoor shower and a thatched-roof arbour for barbecues. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres, is 0.8–1.7 metres deep and includes an integrated cold-water jacuzzi. Wooden decking and six sun loungers surround the pool.

The open-plan living-dining area and kitchen have a large Mallorcan door and window, a sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and a decorative stone fireplace. The kitchen has a ceramic hob. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is available.

All four bedrooms have wardrobes: three have a double bed each, and one has two single beds. Two of the double bedrooms have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms with showers. A cot and high chair can be provided in a double bedroom on request. Exterior parking accommodates four cars.

Muro is about 3 km away and has supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The coastal beach area is about a 10-minute drive away, extending from Can Picafort through Els Capellans and Playas de Muro to Puerto de Alcudia.

Pets and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
