The 200 m² house occupies the ground floor and a lower level within an 18,000 m² fenced estate with few nearby neighbours. Outdoor facilities include a 5 × 10 m chlorine pool reaching 2.5 m deep, a terrace with eight sunbeds, an outdoor shower, a barbecue porch and a lawn. Table tennis, basketball and football are available on the property.

The ground-floor living room has sofas, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. A few steps lead down to a dining area seating six. The equipped gas kitchen includes a breakfast area for four, a microwave and an oven/stove. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Central heating is available.
