The house retains stone walls and vaulted ceilings from the old mill. The ground floor has a dining room beside a kitchen with a ceramic hob, a double bedroom with air conditioning, and a shower bathroom. Upstairs are a living room with air conditioning and satellite TV, two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and two further shower bathrooms. The upstairs double bedroom and one twin bedroom have air conditioning.

The backyard has a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 3 metres, with depths from 0.90 to 1.80 metres, eight sun loungers, a mobile barbecue and an outdoor dining area. The property is fenced and has immediate neighbours.
