House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 150€/stay. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house occupies two floors. The laundry room is accessed through bedroom 2.
