The 220 m² house occupies two floors. Both bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a fan and sea views. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs, one on each floor, plus a cot and high chair.

The air-conditioned living-dining room has satellite television and Mediterranean views. The separate equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. The laundry room, accessed through bedroom 2, has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside, a 30 m² sea-view terrace has four sun loungers. A furnished 12 m² porch and barbecue provide outdoor dining space. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are provided. There is parking for one car.
