The house

The apartment has a furnished balcony overlooking the shared pool and garden, plus a private ground-floor terrace with two sun loungers and a barbecue. An outdoor shower is available. The shared saltwater pool measures 10 × 5 metres, with depths from 0.3 to 1.5 metres. Pool hours are 09:00–22:00; opening and closing dates are governed by community regulations and may change seasonally without notice. Updated information is available on arrival.

The ground floor, at pool level, contains a one-car garage, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor has an open-plan living and dining area with satellite television and a kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery.

The second floor has a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms with wardrobes: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Air conditioning serves both bedrooms and the living/dining room. Wi-Fi, towels and fans are available. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby.

Bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and supermarkets are within walking distance. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is a short walk away, 1 km from the apartment. Alcúdia's street market takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays.
