## About the house

The villa occupies a fenced 3,500 m² plot with no direct neighbours. Terraces provide space for barbecues, and the outdoor area includes six loungers and an outdoor shower. The private, fenced saltwater pool measures 8 × 4 m and is 0.4–1.7 m deep.

The air-conditioned living-dining area has a sofa, satellite TV, a DVD player and terrace access. An open-plan kitchen includes an induction hob, utensils and a dishwasher. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The house has solar panels and Wi-Fi.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed and the third has two single beds. All three have air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom; two bedrooms have terrace access. There is also a separate toilet. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request.

Maria de la Salut is in the Pla de Mallorca area, with restaurants and grocery shops in the town centre. A car is necessary, particularly for beach trips. Playa de Muro and Can Picafort Beach are approximately 15 km away. Exterior parking accommodates four cars.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 43.1 km away, Port d'Alcúdia ferry port is 23.1 km away, Golf de Pollença is 24.5 km away and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 19.2 km away.

Pets and events are not allowed. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
