The house

The outdoor area has a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 metres, with depths from 1 to 1.7 metres, loungers and an umbrella. A fixed barbecue and an outdoor kitchen sit beneath a porch.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms. On the ground floor, the living room has a Smart TV and two sofas, and the separate equipped kitchen has induction hobs. This floor also has a twin bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Upstairs are three bedrooms with wardrobes: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub and terrace access; a second double bedroom with terrace access; and a twin bedroom opening onto another terrace. A further bathroom has a shower.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board are available. A crib and high chair are provided for babies. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Marratxí is a few kilometres from Palma and has metro and bus connections to central Palma. Nearby outings include Mallorca Fashion Outlet, with shops, cinemas and restaurants, and Parc de Ses Fonts.
