## About the house

The villa sits at the foot of a hill on a fenced plot with trees, a garden, a shaded terrace, sun loungers and a barbecue. A balcony has sea views, and there are a few neighbours nearby. The private chlorine pool measures 11 × 5 m and is 0.8–2.5 m deep.

The living-dining room has satellite television and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and kitchen towels. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are provided.

There are four bedrooms with wardrobes and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs; the separate bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. Air conditioning serves all bedrooms and the living-dining area, and central heating is available. One cot and one high chair can be supplied if needed.
