The house

The 95 m² house is arranged over two floors on a 2,623 m² property. Outdoor areas include a garden, sun loungers, porch, terrace and fixed charcoal barbecue. The private saltwater pool measures 7 × 4 metres and has a uniform depth of 2 metres.

The living room has air conditioning and satellite TV. The open-plan kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and tea towels. Each of the two bedrooms has one double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning; one bedroom is on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is a ground-floor bathroom with a washbasin and bathtub, plus an outdoor bathroom with a washbasin, shower and bidet.

An independent laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer and a safe are available. A baby cot and high chair can be provided. Free outdoor parking accommodates two cars.

Alaró is 1.2 km away. Nearby outings include hiking to Castell d’Alaró, cycling and hiking towards Orient, and local winery tastings. Palma and beaches such as Playa de Muro and Alcúdia are around 30–35 minutes away by car. Son Termes and Alcanada golf courses are less than an hour away.
