The house occupies two levels and has a spacious furnished terrace for outdoor dining. A barbecue is available, subject to the forest-area fire ban from May 1 to October 15.

The living-dining area has an open induction kitchen, two sofas, satellite TV, music facilities and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen includes cooking utensils, a microwave and an oven/stove. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

All three bedrooms are on floor -1 and each has a wardrobe, fan and radiator. Two bedrooms each have a double bed; the third has two single beds. A cot and high chair can be prepared on request.

The house is 3.9 km from Fornalutx and 500 metres from the Ses Barques viewpoint. Fornalutx has basic grocery shops; Sóller offers more extensive shopping and is about a 15-minute drive away. There is free outdoor parking for three cars and free Wi-Fi.

Sóller is about a 15-minute drive away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 42 km away; Sóller train station is 6 km away; the Carrer Bella Vista bus stop in Fornalutx is 500 metres away; Port de Palma ferry terminal is 39 km away. Outdoor parking accommodates three cars.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Lighting fires is forbidden from May 1 to October 15 in this forest area, including use of the barbecue. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
