The garden has a private saltwater pool measuring 7 × 3 metres, with depths from 0.9 to 1.5 metres, sun loungers and a relaxation area. A porch sits behind the house.

The villa is intended for families and guests over 23 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events, pets and smoking are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in.
