The enclosed grounds offer privacy, sun loungers, garden furniture, a sunshade awning and a porch with a barbecue. The private saltwater pool measures 8 × 4 m and has a fence with a lockable gate, an automatic Pool Valet cleaning system and a beach-style shallow area with approximately 40 cm of water. The main pool depth ranges from 1 to 1.70 m.
An interior staircase leads from the ground-floor entrance hall to the first-floor accommodation. The living-dining room has two three-seater sofas, armchairs, a dining table for six and a Smart TV with international satellite channels. The separate kitchen includes a gas hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, American-style refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, chest freezer, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker, kettle, Smart TV and another dining table for six. A pantry and utility room adjoin the kitchen; laundry equipment includes a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, wardrobes and/or a dressing room, natural light, shutters and individual air conditioning. Two en-suite bathrooms have bathtubs and one has a shower. A separate guest toilet is also available. A cot and high chair can be provided. Towels, Wi-Fi and a fireplace are available.
Cala Pi and the coast are less than 20 minutes away by car, and Palma is around half an hour away by car. Llucmajor and Campos offer services for the stay.
