The house has a terrace on each of its three floors. The interior terrace contains a private chlorine pool measuring 3 × 1.5 m, with a depth of 1.2 m. The first-floor terrace has an outdoor sofa and a barbecue, while the top-floor terrace has two sunloungers.
The ground floor contains a dining room, a kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the living room has satellite TV. This floor also has a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom, and another shower bathroom. The top floor contains a further double bedroom. Three bedrooms have wardrobes, and one also has a dressing room. A cot and high chair are available.
The house has ducted air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Kitchen facilities include a microwave and an oven/stove; an ironing board is also available.
