House rules
Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking. Notify management if the guest count changes. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Getting there
Lorne beach is a six-minute stroll away. The Erskine River mouth and Swing Bridge are 10 minutes away. Lorne Country Club, with golf and tennis, is a two-minute drive away. The approach rises from the beach, with a gentle rise by Lorne standards. Parking is limited to three car spaces.
