The house

This 110 m² house has a ground-floor living room and open kitchen opening onto a terrace, plus a separate toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. On the second floor, a third bedroom connects to a relaxation room with a 140 × 190 cm sofa bed. The house is renovated with natural materials and holds the Ecogîte label. A full baby kit is provided: cot, high chair, bath, baby bouncer and changing table. The 5,600 m² plot is not enclosed.
