The fenced property has a rear garden with a shade tree and aromatic plants, a vine-covered terrace, and a porch with a barbecue. There are neighbouring homes beside the property.

The Mallorcan-style living-dining room has a small satellite TV and a wood stove. The equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave and cooking utensils. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Solar panels help save energy, and free Wi-Fi is available.

All three bedrooms have closets. The main-floor bedroom has twin beds. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds; both upstairs bedrooms have a fan and access to a balcony. A cot can be placed in one bedroom, and a high chair can be provided. There is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor and another with a bathtub upstairs.

The house is in a residential area about 500 metres from Valldemossa's town square and bus stop. The village has supermarkets, tapas bars and restaurants, with hiking and cycling routes through the surrounding mountains. Palma is 15 km away. Port de Valldemossa beach, a small cove with pebbles, gravel and marine vegetation, is 7 km away. Puerto de Soller and Cala Major offer sandy beach alternatives.

A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season.
